Prayer is an act of letting go, not a wish
Dan Pedersen
It is clear that the power to change my life lies within. No longer am I depend on something in the external world to shift in order for me to live a full, joyous, happy, free life! Yes, that higher source, be it God, Universe, Soul, etc., is there, ready and willing to remind me of my strengths. But in the end, it is still up to me to take the steps, the action needed to bring about change.

My willingness to meet my demons and sit in the fire of discomfort, has proven to be incredible, offering me the opportunity to create real significant change. Stuff always happens, its called life. But we humans were given free will – we always have a choice to be victimized by life or to rise above and make change. When I say, ‘rise above’, I don’t mean some airy-fairy denial of what is happening–no, quite the opposite!
Inherent Wisdom: The innate ability to know our True Divine Nature
We are 100% human and 100% Divine and the sooner we surrender to this knowing, the sooner we begin to create inner peace. Knowing who we are, at the core, gives us the ability to meet whatever situation is currently playing out in our life. This is not a passive stance, it is a powerful recognition.
Meeting what is arising in life, even when it is uncomfortable or painful, allows the inner peace that we seek. This is when we open ourselves to hearing the voice of the Divine which is ever present and always available to everyone. From this place surrender, the needed action reveals itself. This, my friend, is a life of authenticity, this is true Freedom!
Coming to rest allows us to hear the voice of the Divine.
This is valuable work and it’s not complicated. But it does require vigilance. Questions?
Remember, freedom is our birthright.
